Faculty Profiles

The Taylor Institute at the Franklin University Switzerland collaborates with prominent business faculty in the domain of Responsible Management and Sustainability. Our professors operate at the crossroad of academia and business practice, with a strong attention to emerging theories and innovative business solutions.

The business and its environment are changing at an accelerated pace and require responsible, agile and courageous leaders. Our faculty are active practitioners and work with the students on examples from the industry, bringing the latest challenges and opportunities to the attention of the class and enabling students to engage in live projects from the ‘real world’.

Their guiding principle is to see business as a way to produce a balanced development in terms of financial, social and environmental progress. Long term responsible strategies are encouraged as opposed to short term opportunistic tactics. Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) is a tool to evaluate the collective conscientiousness and overall responsibility of leaders, corporations and organisations.
