TAYLOR INSTITUTE INTERNSHIP


The Taylor Institute engages  in Research and develops and manages Graduate and Executive programs  related to business and management in a global context.


The Institute brings together  a learning ecosystem made of multi-stakeholders including Faculty,  partner Universities, Business and Organizations, Thought Leaders and  Think Tanks from around the world.


The main objective of the  Institute is to prepare for critical thinkers who are culturally  literate, ethically aware, intellectually courageous and business savvy.  We envision leaders that become responsible, compassionate,  and collaborative in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.


The Taylor Institute is  looking for an ambitious, open-minded and versatile intern with an  interest for online communication for the following new opening:


Position Title: Taylor Institute Scholar – Social Media Communication and Website updates

Work rate: Up to 5 hours/week

Duration: Until May 30th 2022 or upon agreement


The main areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:


  • Collaborate with and Support TI Co-Directors in their strategic duties

  • Support  the search for new Consulting Scholars and offer collaborative support  in showcasing their research and work on TI website and other platforms

  • Keep  up to date with all the current projects and initiatives of the Taylor  Institute and contribute to the TI innovation and strategy design

  • Manage the assigned tasks with an entrepreneurial approach and take ownership of the process and outcomes

  • Contribute to the Office of Career Strategy and actively promote the services within the FUS community

  • Support the organization and promotion of TI events within and outside FUS

  • Schedule social media content calendar and implement regular website updates

  • Support the implementation and offer innovative perspectives on project-based collaborations internally and externally

  • Support accreditation and quality control strategies for all Taylor Institute programs

  • Liaise with the Webmaster for any website updates

  • Prepare timely updates on the progress

  • Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with this position, the department’s goals and the University’s mission
