In the past few month Francesco Troni participated in the foundation of a new non-profit entity, called NOVA Foundation, that seeks to support the Italian talent ecosystem by establishing strong mentorship programs for young talents. 

Even though  the foundation operates in Italy, we believe there might be some areas of collaboration with FUS (as demonstrated by the fact that in 2020, when  it was announced the idea of the Foundation, at the yearly NOVA conference a video link was opened with FUS, where Paul Polman gave a great  speech about responsible leadership).
